ADMISSION
- Students
will be admitted in V, VI and VII class - No admission test will be held for class V. Admission will be granted on the basis of interview.
Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to Class VI & VII will be held between 15 March – 26 April 2024, it will be an automated OMR based test. For admission to Class VI a candidate should not be less than 10 years and more than 12 years of age as on 31 March of the year of admission. Admission into Class VI & VII is on the basis of available vacancies. Parents / students should also note that all admissions are in the category of Boarders only. Limited seats for day scholars are allowed. Admission is exclusively for boys.
RESERVATION
. The schools will offer reservation of seats in categories as per CBSE norms.
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY
Education Qualification: For admission to Class VI, no previous education qualification is mandatory. The student should preferably know sufficient English which is the medium of instruction at Baalnoi School of Excellence.
Age: Only boys aged between 10-12 years as on 31 March 2024 are eligible for admission in class VI. A candidate should not be less than 10 years and more than 12 years of age as on 31 March of the year of admission. The Authority for Date of Birth will be a School Leaving Certificate obtained from the previous school of the candidate and countersigned by the District Education Officer. Certificates issued by Gram Panchayat or any other local body are not acceptable. Any variation in the Date of Birth or any other particulars in the sheet roll and the School Leaving Certificate will render the candidature of the child null and void.
Admission Test: The CET for Class VI & VII will be fully automated through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) based examination and scheme of marking for these papers will be as given below:

Syllabus: Written test will generally be of Class V standard for Class VI and VI standard for class VII admission. Medium of Question Paper in Entrance exam is English.
Interview: Those candidates, who qualify the written test and are shortlisted, will be called for the personal interview at one of the admission centres, either at the school or one of the offices in Jaipur or at Delhi. Marks of the interview will be added to the score of the written test before deciding the final merit. No travelling or other allowance is admissible in connection with the journey undertaken by the student for the CET or the personal interview.
Result: Merit list of successful candidates will be uploaded on our website. No separate intimation will be sent to the unsuccessful candidates.
Medical Fitness: All the candidates will be required to undergo medical fitness examination before admission to Baalnoi School of Excellence as per norms / criteria specified by CBSE. The medical examination will be carried out by hospitals shortlisted by Baalnoi Education Society. Candidates found medically unfit by the board of officers at listed hospitals will NOT be admitted. The candidate will also be required to remain medically fit during the course of his stay at Baalnoi School of Excellence. The admission of the candidate will be provisional till Fitness certificate is received from the Hospital.
SCHOOL ROUTINE
The daily routine of Baalnoi School of Excellence is planned so as to get the students to live an active campus life. Due heed is also paid to have ample scope for rest, leisure and individual time.
